Super Cars can be a blast to race in Grand Theft Auto V. With all of the top speeds in the game and most superb looking cars, this is definitely the most popular racing class in the game to race with. Check out the cars below to see which car you’ll fair best with to win the most races possible. These are, in my opinion, the best cars in the GTA V online Supercar class to race against your foes with. The top supercars you see below include only those that can race in the Super Car class. For example, the Vager and the Rocket Voltic could be in the top 3, but they can’t race in Super Car races.

The most recent update we had for GTA was the VERY anticipated Casino DLC, which brought very few changes in terms of Supercars along with a ton after in other updates in GTA. There was an update that did change some cars that had a bounce to them when racing (due to their suspension), and this bounce is no longer as bouncy after this update. All in all this does not change our top 3 Super Cars for racing in GTA.

1. Best GTA V Super Car – Progen Emerus

The Progen Emerus may be a bit faster than our second-place pick, the Krieger and hits the Krieger a bit better with acceleration and cornering, but you could be good going with either. However, overall the Emerus is the #1 choice, so if you do want to narrow your Super Car choice down to one, this could be the one for you.

2. Best GTA V Super Car – Benefactor Krieger

The Krieger is so amazing, considering it can smash most of all supers by a ton in overall racing ability. This car is the BEST all-around super racing class vehicle for most people because it’s handling is superb and quite easy to get a hold of.

3. Best GTA V Super Car – Annis S80RR

The Annis S80RR now beats out the Vager by a significant amount and is essentially a quicker RE-7B with a lot of downforce. This car does give the cars above in first and second a run for their money and could be a contender, but doesn’t quite fit the bill.

Previous Super Cars on the List

The following are still great super cars to race with, but they has to be bumped with the addition of some new Super Cars in recent updates from Rockstar. I’ve honestly had success with most of the Supers that you see on this page and really it sometimes just comes down to the specific map your racing on or even your specific driving style. This list has grown significantly since this article has been posted, which strongly shows the evolution of the Super Car racing class in GTA V.

4. Best GTA V Super Car – Dewbauchee Vagner

After the release of the Smugglers Update for GTA V, the Vagner became the best overall Super Car to race with and since then, it still is. In fact, this car is pretty much all you need to race with in terms of overall speed, cornering and thus overall racing. This used to be the KING of supercars, but no more.

5. Best GTA V Super Car – Annis RE-7B

This is a two-door super fast super class car in GTA V. This car was released during the Cunning Stunts update and was the fastest car in the game during that time. This is still a great overall choice and does quite well in stunt races. Technically, if we take into account just how good the three cars released curing the cunning stunts update, they should have all been placed into a car class of their own (such as a Race Car class?), but now things have slightly changed…just slightly, as they all perform amazingly when compared to all the previous Super Cars, especially when fully loaded and racing.

The XA-21 is a fairly decent car especially when it was initially released and can be compared to the T20 or Osiris Super Cars and it doesn’t necessarily have a great top speed and doesn’t fare too well when doing stunt races.

The Tempesta is a very easy to drive Super Car when compared to below Zentorno. This can be a very good “starter” car that’s easy to drive for most standard races.

8. Best GTA V Super Car – Zentorno

This actually used to be the fastest top speed super car in Grand Theft Auto V, however this is no longer the case. But the Zentorno is third place currently in terms of one of the best Super Cars for racing on most tracks with. This car is not easiest to drive, but with practice it is a very good racing supercar. This car has been around for a very long time, so if you have one already hanging around in your garage, then you should have no problem keeping it in your Super Car roster. Like most of the super cars this does have great acceleration, but this car in particular has the fastest in the entire game. The Zentoro has good handling and in particular it does have a good weight distribution making it easy to stay in control, however there is now a tad bit of an oversteer, so watch out for that.

In the online auto store legendarymotorsport.net, the Zentoro will cost you $725 000 and it was released as a result of the High Life Update to GTA V online.

Yet another car released in the Cunning Stunts update in GTA V, the ETR1 is a very balanced car, and comparable to the Tyrus – if you have either this one of the Tyrus ALL other Super Cars will be driving in your dust. The spoiler provides a ton of downward force while accelerating, while being able to maintain speed around corners.

10. Best GTA V Super Car – Progen Tyrus

Right before this, the X80 Proto was the fastest car and that was for about only 2 months, too quick to have even been given a chance in the top 3 of this article. The Tyrus corners very well and can be taken around any corner quite quickly. This car has a high top speed and a high revving engine that sounds so satisfying. This is a good choice for the more budget conscious top-end Super Car racers.

This was a two door super car released during the Finance and Felony update of GTA V. This car appeared so quickly and disappeared just as quickly as it was the fastest Super Car for a mere 2 months before the Cunning Stunts update. If you have this car still, you might still do ok, but if you are serious about racing then I would first try to purchase any of the Cunning Stunts vehicles above.

12. Best GTA V Super Car – Progen T20

If you’re looking for the best of the best in Super Cars, then here you’ve found it. The Progen T20 was introduced with second of the Ill-Gotten Gain DLC releases in GTA V, allowing the T20 to top the new Osiris seen below just about a month after the Osiris’s release. This is the quickest car in GTA V slightly beating the Osiris. The T20. Progen is a new car manufacture brought to the GTA V world and the car reflects a real life Mclaren car. If you have the money then I would suggest purchasing the T20, however its not so much faster that you couldn’t still beat it using a Osiris or Zentorno.

This car was introduced with the first Ill-Gotten Gain DLC update from Rockstar and at the time it topped the super cards category, but that only lasted a month or so until the above T20 was introduced. This is an all wheel drive car and it is very very quick. This car can be very smooth to drive, and you have to make sure to power down some on corners. Overall though, this is an easy to drive car depending on the type of driver you are. Since the Osiris is a hybrid-electric, it doesn’t suffer a speed loss during gear shifts, which may account for the smooth driving feel and quickness.

This car is fast, The Turismo will cost you $500 000 at the legendarymotorsport.net GTA V online store, making it a cheaper purchase then some of the other cars you will see below in the top three best super car class in GTA V cars. Given a skilled and seasoned driver, you can win any race hands down with this car. If you think you’ll make a couple of mistakes now and then, well I would the recommend. the below for for yourself. This car though, once you get the hang of using its momentum to hug every turn, will do you a world of favours when racing.

I chose to include this somewhere in the list, because Rockstar has made the Supercar class super balanced and technically each can has its own unique attributes. Th FMJ has superior traction and can potentially make it best for Airport track type races.

The Entity XF I would say is a very good overall car, however the main point I would emphasize is keeping your speed. There is a great traction on this car, which does make this very easy and my advise would be the avoid the brake on this car as much as possible.

Due to this cars all wheel drive, there is great traction, so I would recommend this car to any general driver and even a greta driver can win most races with this. With such a greta combination of acceleration, traction and speed this can be an every persons car for only $795 000 at the legendarymotorsport.net in GTA V online.
